Glozo Updates. Outreach is here - and it changes everything.
One of my most powerful features yet is now live: built-in outreach. In Glozo, you can now contact candidates directly from your search flow - no more jumping between platforms or losing momentum. It’s faster, smarter, and designed to help you turn great matches into real conversations instantly.
No switching tools. No awkward copy-paste. Just one clean flow: search → select → send.

You’ll get:
One seamless workspace - no switching between recruiting CRMs, inboxes, or sourcing spreadsheets
Custom message templates for personalized outreach - create, edit, and reuse them right inside Glozo
A single place to track your candidate outreach - see who you’ve contacted, when, and what was said
Clear visibility into reply rates and engagement metrics - so you know what’s working (and what’s not)
Whether you're reaching out to five people or fifty, Glozo keeps your candidate communication smooth and human - without slowing you down.
New stories, new voices in People Behind People
This month, three more recruiting voices joined the series - each with their own take on what it means to hire with purpose.
Meet Alberto Tavarez, Amanda Hansen, and Rachel Gallagher - recruiters who lead with empathy, clarity, and conviction.
Their stories are now live on Glozo’s LinkedIn. Read their interviews and get inspired by how they build teams, trust, and better hiring experiences.

What the data says
Regular AI Use Is Growing Fast Among U.S. Workers
According to a recent Gallup report on AI adoption in the workplace, the number of U.S. employees using AI tools regularly has nearly doubled in just two years. In 2021, only 21% reported frequent use of AI at work. By 2025, that number has surged to 40%.
The report explores how AI is reshaping daily workflows across industries - from automation in operations to smarter communication and hiring. As AI tools become more accessible, employees are embracing them not just for speed, but for better decision-making and productivity.
For recruiters, this shift signals a new expectation: faster, more intelligent hiring processes that match the tech-forward mindset of today’s candidates.
