Meet Your New Sourcing Sidekick: Talent Intelligence Agent
From idea to ideal candidates - now in one conversation.
Weāve all been there: āWe need a good engineerā - but what does āgoodā even mean? Thatās not a search, thatās a vibe. And vibes donāt get hires.
So we built something better.
Talent Intelligence Agent is your new sourcing sidekick - a smart, built-in chat assistant that helps you figure out who you actually need before you hit search.
No filters. No drop-down menus. Just a natural back-and-forth that turns fuzzy ideas into sharp results.
You tell it:
āWeāre scaling our dev team - need someone who gets both product and infra, but not too senior.ā š
The Agent responds with focused questions, clarifies priorities, and shapes a real search query - all inside Glozo.
š½ļø Curious what that looks like?
Hereās a 90-second demo showing exactly how a vague idea becomes a shortlist:

4 tiny tricks to make candidates actually reply
Everyone says āpersonalize your message,ā but here are 4 less obvious tips that work - straight from what weāve seen in the wild:
ā° Send between 9:00 and 10:00 AM - not earlier. People are caffeinated but not buried yet.
šÆ Skip the āHi [Name]ā intro. Start with a bold sentence that sounds like a human, not a CRM.
š„ Mention why now. āWeāre hiringā isnāt a reason - āWe just raised / launched / expandedā is.
š£ Donāt send the resume request first. Start the convo. Be curious, not transactional.
They seem small, but together they change how you show up in someoneās inbox - and how likely they are to respond.
Try one today. Or try all four.

What the data says
AI is no longer āemergingā - itās embedded.
According to Insight Globalās 2025 report, 99% of hiring leaders already use AI in their recruiting workflows. And 98% say itās made them faster and more effective.
But hereās the nuance: 93% still insist that human judgment is essential.
For recruiters, this isnāt about being replaced - itās about being augmented. The value now lies in knowing when to let AI handle the repetitive work, and when to lean in as a human. š
š If you're still doing everything manually, you're not just slower - you're now behind the curve.
