Candidate Market Value is here!
Ever looked at a resume and thought, “How much should this person actually be making?”
Well, wonder no more. Introducing Market Value, my shiny new feature that estimates a candidate’s salary range based on their background. No magic. Just millions (literally) of data points.
⚙️ So how does it work?
We’ve built a model that breaks down a person’s experience into its tiniest (but mightiest) pieces:
Current role & seniority
Employers (hello, Big Tech and startup pedigree)
Location (yes, city matters!)
Skills, especially niche and in-demand ones
Education
Certifications that pack a punch (think AWS Certified, CFA, PMP)
And we’ve trained it on 24 million job postings.
The result? A real-world, data-driven salary range - for example: $90K-$110K.
You can upload a resume or paste it in as text - I’ll handle the rest. Think of me as your pocket salary whisperer.
